我對倒攆猴能療傷的體驗,是約十年前因坐圓板凳重心不穩,一屁股跌坐在地上,尾椎疼到不能走路,當下以電話請示老師如何療傷,老師告知每天要確實練一百次標準的倒攆猴,為了趕快讓身體恢復正常,乖乖聽命的練,練到五、六十次時,感覺就沒那麼痛了,持續練了三、四天,才把傷勢治好,因此只要有學員有腰椎不舒服,我都會建議多練倒攆猴。
而老師創立山莊時身體積勞,最近幾年常引發舊疾,治療的方式也是帶內功練倒攆猴及其他功法療傷,相對的我因舊傷引發的久嗽,也是聽從老師的建議帶內功練倒攆猴,但由於內功不夠深厚,初時效果不大,但練了半年多,總算也治好了!在此建議大家好的東西要珍惜,且要持續的練,因為帶內功練的拳架有養生及自我醫療的功效。
