3. 有好幾位師兄師姐反應:這套拳很難學。借用本門翁總教練曾說過的:「我愛上了永遠練不好的太極拳」這句話,與大家共勉。在自我介紹時有2位師姊也約略提起在公園學過的其他太極拳與道家傳統太極拳的差別,希望大家抱持著耐心與信心,相信現在的辛苦將來都會加倍回收的。
4. 練完四象退進益胃腰後,
1〉有師姐說腰酸,先恭喜會腰酸的師兄師姐,因為那 很久不動的部位慢慢的在開展、在運動。
2〉另一位師姐說膝蓋小腿痛,也許是舊傷〈師姐的腿受過傷〉出來了,也許是膝蓋擺動等的姿 勢問題,下一堂課請師姐練這動作,找出原因。
