前幾週都重複講解熊經,目的在讓大家了解熊經的重要以及灌輸拳理的觀念,本週重點在練習眼睛功夫,以兩人一組互改熊經,看對方的缺失並要告之,如知道自己缺點,又肯每天改一點,這樣練下來進步是可預期的。
學習道家傳統太極拳需與人互動才會知道缺點,如自己閉門苦練,天天自我陶醉,健康目的沒有問題,但要練得好功夫卻很難。
舊班
有學員反應練借筷子練不動手,手腕在筷子尖的部分很痛,主要是未依拳理「其根在腳,發於腿,主宰於腰,行於手指」要求,反以上半身的力帶動全身,加上心裡害怕筷子會刺傷自己,而用力將筷子頂住,練久了自然會刺傷手腕,建議在傷痛部分擦一些碘酒,練習時一定要記住:由下指揮上、不動手、不能急、慢慢練,如此才會進步快一點!
