舊班在練習推手的時候,發現有部分學員移位出現高低情形。因此在分班上課時,請每位新、舊班學員,單獨演練「左掤」以了解問題所在。大部分都能遵守「由下而上」,新班學員普遍在不動手及移位方面出現問題,會動手是因以前習慣養成,在要求下都能短暫做到〈要養成確實不動手須不斷改習慣〉。在移位方面因想要做到虛實分清,都會蹲一下,經建議移位虛腳〈原來實腳〉保持「龍形三折」不要撐起來後,移位高低情形才改善許多。
舊班學員則有少部分在移位及關門會出現頻頻點頭而下巴一起一落情形,詢問盤拳架感受,都說不會很舒服,而且有出現]胸悶或頭痛情形。經仔細觀察他們盤拳架時,明顯呼吸配合動作,故在移位及關門時,因大吐大吸出現上述毛病。
我開始跟老師學太極拳時,老師即說練拳時呼吸以自然為主,不要以呼吸配合動作,同樣我在推廣道家傳統太極拳時,也是依老師的話跟大家建議呼吸以自然為主。但因有些人,曾學過瑜珈、靜坐、打坐,已養成呼吸配合動作習慣。有的自認呼吸配合,炁容易往下走,很管用且有成就。此法練成習慣,盤拳架就會高高低低,嚴重者下巴會前後一起ㄧ落。或者手指頭不自覺的抖動,練久了,不僅外形走樣也影響行炁,對養身有潛在的危險。目前知道錯處,趕快改,等習慣養成,要改就很困難,希望大家練拳時呼吸自然就好!
